I’ve recently made a decision to begin weight watchers. Out of all the plans out there this is the one that has consistently been an effective way to lose weight and keep it off. Looking into it I noticed that there are so many options and foods I can eat and STILL lose weight.
I just can’t even begin to express how excited I am. I just feel differently about this than anything else I’ve tried. I feel like this could actually work.
Weight Watchers doesn’t count calories but rather rates foods on a system of points. Your height and weight determines how many daily points you receive. I’m 5’2 and 135 pounds so my total number of points is 26. So far today I’ve used up 20 leaving me with 6 for dinner.
For now weight watchers gives you a goal to lose just 5% of your weight so for me that would be around 128 pounds. Not very far fetched and very doable.
As far as exercise goes they encourage 30 minutes a day. Which is easy for me because I play sports and such.
I will definitely keep you posted on my progress and weekly weigh ins! :D
